Application Guidelines & Installation Method

Step 1: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, sound and free from contaminants.

Step 2: Apply the approved primer in accordance with the TDS.

Step 3: Spray polyurea uniformly using approved equipment at the specified thickness.

Step 4: Reinforce and treat joints, corners, penetrations and terminations.

Step 5: Inspect for uniform thickness, pinholes and defects, then protect the completed coating from damage until fully cured.
