Betogrout NS
Betogrout NS is a specialized, structural repair mortar or flowable non-shrink grout formulated for high early strength, volume stability, and exceptional load-bearing performance under dynamic stresses. Engineered to withstand harsh temperature gradients, it prevents micro-cracking and is designed to provide reliable support for baseplates, structural connections, and reinstatement works.
Product Overview
This product range offers advanced material performance and long-term durability. Formulated to meet high standards of protection and reliability under various site conditions.
Best-fit Applications
- • Precision grouting of heavy machinery baseplates, stanchions, and turbine bases
- • Structural anchoring of holding-down bolts, starter bars, and tie rods
- • Grouting of precast concrete wall panels, beams, columns, and joint cavities
- • Void filling, structural repairs, and underpinning applications
Technical Benefits
- • Controlled dual expansion mechanism compensates for shrinkage in plastic and hardened states
- • High compressive strength development (exceeding 60-70 MPa at 28 days)
- • High fluid consistency allows self-leveling placement without segregation
- • Chloride-free and non-metallic formula prevents corrosion of embedded steel

Application Guidelines & Installation Method
Step 1: For cementitious grout, clean the substrate, mix to the specified water ratio, place or pour continuously to avoid voids, and cure as specified.
Step 2: For epoxy grout, use a clean, dry substrate, mix components to the specified ratio, place and compact continuously, remove excess and cure.
Step 3: For micro concrete, prepare and dampen the substrate as specified, install formwork where required, mix to the stated water ratio, place and compact continuously, then cure and protect.
