Final product selection must account for substrate condition, exposure, application method and compatibility with adjoining layers. Application Guidelines & Installation Method

Step 1: For epoxy flooring, prepare the substrate by grinding or cleaning, apply the recommended primer, apply the coating to the specified thickness and broadcast aggregate where required; allow it to cure before traffic.

Step 2: For self-leveling flooring, ensure a clean, sound, dry substrate, apply primer, mix and pour uniformly, spread with a gauge rake, remove air with a spike roller and cure to TDS.

Step 3: For cementitious tile adhesive, use a clean, sound, suitably dampened substrate, mix to the specified water ratio, apply with a notched trowel, fix tiles within open time and allow to cure.
