Geobit Group successfully delivered a state-of-the-art BETOFLEX® material solution for the Jebel Ali Industrial Complex project. Working closely with engineering consultants and main contractors, our specialized waterproofing systems were applied to guarantee absolute moisture resistance, chemical durability, and long-term structural integrity under demanding local conditions.

Technical Specifications & Execution
Chemical Exposure & High Load Structural Slabs
Industrial logistics centers process massive volumes of cargo daily, exposing floor and foundation structures to chemical spills, constant abrasion, and structural loading. Foundation walls require cost-effective, long-lasting damp-proofing.
Integrated Elastomeric & Bituminous Barrier
For foundations, Geobit applied BETOFLEX® BituLiquid, a high-quality rubberized cold-applied bituminous emulsion that provides an impermeable damp-proof barrier. Interior utility slabs and wet zones were treated with BETOFLEX® LiquidPU-2K polyurethane coating. All floor control joints were filled with abrasion-resistant BETOFLEX® PU Sealant-25 to prevent edge spalling.
Quality Assurance & Execution
The damp-proofing membrane successfully eliminated concrete moisture vapor transmission, preventing damage to sensitive stored goods and maintaining structural integrity across millions of square feet of logistics flooring.
